The Patron Saint of Ireland was born in Scotland in 387, but left Britain when he was kidnapped at sixteen years of age and sold to a family in Ireland, and this Chaplet is dedicated to him; it is traditionally made with green beads representing the shamrock, the symbol of Ireland. St. Patrick used the shamrock as a tool to teach the belief in the Holy Trinity, as the plant has three leaves but no stem, so the Trinity is three Persons but one God.
Through prayers with the Chaplet of St. Patrick the intention is that faith will grow stronger, first for the supplicant and then for others.
This chaplet is made with Green Moss Agate Gemstone Beads which vary in colour from almost clear with traces of green, to a rich dark green with white striations, a really beautiful and tactile gemstone.
This Chaplet comes with the St. Patrick Prayer Card.
