Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time - as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.

Le Rule Originals makes every effort to maintain prices, but it may be necessary to vary them without prior notice.

Payment & Currencies
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the WorldPay secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit cards. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the WorldPay secure system, after which point various additional security checks are made. As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details. Le Rule Originals will only accept payment in GBP or Euros.

If you do not want to pay online, you may pay by cheque, making it out to Le Rule Originals. Please put your name and address on the reverse. The goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. Payments by cheque will not be eligible for the Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service.

Le Rule Originals does not take responsibility for any Customs and Excise Duty charges that you may have to pay at the point of entry to your country.

Shipping And Handling
Orders will be shipped NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY by Royal Mail and charged at a cost of £5.00 per package.These packages will need to be signed for. The Royal Mail NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY Service is not applicable for overseas orders. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. Remittance Terms
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Please make cheques payable to Le Rule Originals. Please put your name and address on the reverse of your cheque. Goods remain the property of Le Rule Originals, until payment is received in full.

Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are processed using the WorldPay secure transaction system, and undergo further in house scrutiny. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers.

This web site is fully integrated with WorldPay, one of the leading secure payment systems - as approved by many of the well known high street banks. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the WorldPay secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else (Not even our own staff!). All transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. Simply put, this site integrates with one of the best secure systems available.

Using the WorldPay system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and WorldPay. No-one else has access to this.

Despite this attention to security we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details online. If you have such concerns please contact us to arrange payment by alternative methods.

EUROPEAN NICKEL DIRECTIVES EN 1810; EN 1811; EN 12472
At its most basic level, these European Nickel Directives state that products intended to come in direct and prolonged contact with the skin must not release nickel at a rate exceeding 0.5 micrograms per square centimetre per week for a period of at least two years of normal use. All jewellery findings used in the Le Rule Originals range comply with these directives, unless otherwise stated, and have been purchased from reliable sources both in the UK and the USA.

Returns & Cancellation

Return of Unwanted Goods: Our satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund of purchase price of items returned. We do not, however, have a policy of refunding postage incurred during the ordering or returning process. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by Le Rule Originals. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
Whilst we, at Le Rule Originals, strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there may unfortunately be times when this may not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund of purchase price of items returned. We do not, however, have a policy of refunding postage incurred during the ordering or returning process. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact Le Rule Originals on 023 9246 3845 or by e-mailing us at prior to sending them back. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Completion
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Returns & Cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Your Privacy
Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us with respectfully. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never give your contact information to other organisations unless legally required to do so. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and all calls are charged at national rate. We will endeavour to respond to all customer services enquiries within 2 working days.

All orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and sent by Royal Mail.

Lost Damaged or Late Packages
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in good condition, however, problems may occasionally arise. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately on 023 9246 3845 so that we can take further action. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
